POP'S Turkey Legs started as a food truck and caterer in Memphis, Tennessee in 2020. It was founded from a family tradition of passion for food, flavor, & family. Our famous Pop's Special Spice Seasoning™ & roasting method was handed down from father to daughter to continue that tradition and share our passion with the world.
We closed our food truck in August 2023 and now bring our famous turkey legs to you through our catering services.
